Tried to overcharge for a tire I had a sidewall puncture in my rear passenger tire and brought it to this service center on a Friday morning to have it replaced. Not only did they not have the tire in stock and said I would have to wait until Monday (surprising considering I leased from this location and it is a standard tire for 2016 Jettas), the agent helping me told me the tire would cost $167, and that he was giving me a "deal" because it normally costs $210. The tire is a 16" Bridgestone Ecopia EP422 Plus. Look online and you'll see that the tire should be retailed for no more than $120. I took my car to the Discount Tire in Draper on Saturday, they were able to replace it the same day after having the tire delivered from a local Bridgestone warehouse, and the final cost with labor and a 4 year road hazard warranty on all four tires was $103. In addition, I brought my Jetta to this service center within weeks of leasing it in December 2015 (the leasing experience itself was a positive one) after not being able to get Android Auto to work with my LG phone. I made an appointment after one sales associate suggested maybe a software update on the car would fix the issue. I sat in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours (the first hour of which I watched my car sit outside the service center untouched). The end result was that they had no idea how to get it working. More

Been going to see Brandon Farley in Service ever since and he continues to display outstanding guest service. Brandon is consistently concerned about my needs and is caring about them as well. He really takes time to explain what needs to be done, how long it will take, and gives me an accurate cost estimate upon my arrival. I have to wait at the dealership when I get my work done since I live and work in Heber City and I love the coffee and snacks. Good job with that too!!! More

I was initially approached by Mujo, our client advisor in a very mannerly and professional fashion and it was easy getting down to business with him. I felt as if he wanted to go over every little detail before signing a lease more than either my dad or I did which I appreciated because I felt as if I knew of all the ins and outs of leasing my Volkswagen. Mujo had clear intentions of wanting to satisfy us as customers to the fullest extent and at no point did I feel as if he was trying to make an extra dollar for himself or the dealership off of us. The rest of the team at VW Southtowne has me feeling the same way. Overall my first car leasing experience had me trusting the industry itself a little more and it's left me recommending VW Southtowne to anybody in the market for a new car. More

It is because of Malik and service staff like him,that I return to your Dealership,instead of the one in Folsom ,CA. Timely & good work. Not only does their repair work seem timely & focused to the need, but always appears to be good work, even if their labor rate is high.
