Once you go to Southtowne, you won't look back. I started having my VW serviced at Southtowne several years ago, as we don't have a Volkswagen dealership near our town. Despite the 4 hour drive to get to the dealership, I've never looked back. Customer service is clearly a priority at Southtowne. In my limited time there, I've not once witnessed someone leave in a bad mood or with a bad experience. Nor have I had those issues. The two Service Advisors that I have worked with have been friendly, efficient, and will go out of their way to make sure your car is treated properly and you're comfortable while waiting. If you ever go for service, ask for Dylan or Brandon. I had a different SA this time, which worried me a little bit since I had liked Brandon so much. I was pleasantly surprised when working with Dylan. I'm now convinced that there's not a bad Service Advisor to be found. Overall, it was once again a great experience. As someone with a degree concerning human resource management, I must say Southtowne is lucky to have such great representatives and should be proud. Thanks very much for another great visit. Cheers! Two year check up I arrived without an appointment as was treated with courtesy and respect. I waited in a great lounge that had clean bathrooms. Service and so called prize.. Jetta2014 four employees. The work and service was great.. However I also brought a brochure statin g I had won a prize. I also noted that there was a statementthatFun dining rewards was a scam. Iam very disappointed. Icalled to report this and was told that this would be investigated by the woman who took mycall and that she would call me back. No one called me back. Shame on you for misrepresenting the socalled gift card on the prize paper and substituting a gift certificate that could not be redeemed. This is the second so called gift certificate that was not usable, however I did refuse the socalled giftofthree days and two nights in Mexico with no transportation and no real destination. This seems to be a pattern for your prizes.. More
