It took 2 hours; however, I was pleased to get my Tiguan service as soon as possible. I commend Carlos and the technicians for a job well done. More

The service department kept my Atlas for a week and then diagnosed the problem without testing anything. They blamed the issue on road gravel claiming a possible warranty issue was a $1100 out of pocket exp diagnosed the problem without testing anything. This is my second issue with this dealer and I won’t be back for my service on our VWs or to purchase another. I will keep using DAS Auto in San Antonio when I need repairs I aren’t able to do. More
