There was no additional information provided regarding the specific part, part numbers, or any details about how the technicians reached this diagnosis. This lack of information is unacceptable, and I feel that I have been overcharged for a service that did not meet my expectations. I am upset that I paid a substantial amount for a diagnosis and received almost nothing in return. I hope you can address this issue promptly and provide a more comprehensive report or a suitable resolution. More
