New car was brought in with 1100 miles due to engine failure. Service writer was unresponsive through the entire process. We asked to be updated weekly on status from VW and we wouldn’t get a call. Was quoted 48 hour window to have vehicle diagnosed. No contact from dealership for four days before I was able to speak with someone about the issues. (They still hadn’t even looked at my vehicle yet). Overall, VW had my vehicle for a total of 8 days before I got it back. I was also promised by Terry a car wash and vaccuum. Vehicle was returned to me dirty with no cleaning. I used to come here for my oil changes and maintenance. I think I’ll go somewhere else. Management was not very helpful and didn’t seem very apologetic and seemed ready to argue regarding all the ‘misinformation’ on pricing that I was given before taking my vehicle in. VW of AH can definitely work on their timeliness of communication and follow up. It goes a long way. More
