My car was in the shop for almost 6 weeks because the A/C was not working. They never answered the phone and if they did, they put you on hold again because they do not have an answer. I also got moved aroun was not working. They never answered the phone and if they did, they put you on hold again because they do not have an answer. I also got moved around to 3 service consultants in the duration of my car being in the shop making it harder to get updates. I got my car back and within 30 min of leaving the shop, it got hot and alarms started going off because they did not refill the coolant lost during the replacement of the unit. I had to go out of my way to stop at an auto zone to get coolant to top off. Very disappointed in the whole situation overall. This was a warranty job, perhaps that is the reason why they were not in a hurry. More

We have had terrible experience with the service. They have poor management and low quality products. My car has low mileage and has been in the shop for multiple reasons. When serviced the staff cannot find my coverage, have issues ordering parts, take too long to run a diagnostic and I have no words for the long time they take to fix it. It is the worst place ever to make busines with. It has been a terrible experience. When asked to speak to a manager, no one could give feedback and no manager ever called me back after I spoke to the sales manager. I feel disrespected and very disapointed. More
