The personal service from agent was great ! But all the rest of the work was crap !!! Car was left “very”dirty inside !! But if they would have charged what original full bill cost of $225 would be calling and filing complaint with BBB, luckily I had car birthday coupon for $79.95 and that’s the quality of the of work … was very very surprised with how dirty car was left inside … More

Everything about our experience was amazing and wonderful. We had a whole day of disappointment with dealerships that we had appointments with (while driving 2 hours) that either sold the vehicle o wonderful. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted so nicely! Carlos was so sweet, welcoming, and so helpful!! He helped make us a great deal on the car we came to see. Easy and smooth transaction. I walked out without getting my scheduled service. Reason: for a simple oil change, they lied and said that I was required (by law) to pay for an additional service. That is just BS. ......Details: Reason: for a simple oil change, they lied and said that I was required (by law) to pay for an additional service. That is just BS. ......Details: I made an appointment for an oil change, using the dealerships on online reservation tool. The online tool did not say that an oil change required a mandatory inspection. It allowed me to make the reservation for an oil change without telling me anything else was required. I showed up on time. The guy behind the counter looked up my reservation/appointment, and declared, "OK you are scheduled for an N-point inspection." (I don't remember what the number N was. I want to say 15, but I honestly don't remember the exact number.) I answered,"No, I made a reservation for an oil change. That's it." He replied, "By law, we have to give you this mandatory inspection with your oil change." My response,"No you don't." This is not my first oil change. I have gotten oil changes before and I have never been forced to purchase a mandatory inspection on top of it. It was a clear case of trying to upsell me to a more expensive service. He insisted that I would be forced to sign a waiver that I would not sue them if my brakes failed the day after I got an oil change at the dealership. I agreed to sign the waiver, but honestly, after a few more minutes of dealing with this fellow's awful attitude (him giving me non-apologies of, "just trying to do my job", after getting caught trying to upsell me), I walked out. "This is not the place for me. Thank you for your time." I was in the service center of the dealership, ready for an oil change, but instead I walked right out. That's how terrible my experience was.
