My service rep brian was great, i had to get my car towed to the dealership. Naturally i was anxious but he updated me on the status of my vehicle and he also gelped me by giving me advice concerning mainten to the dealership. Went to look at a 2022 Toyota Highlander based on the free carfax report provided. Was surprised to see that this vehicle's front bumper was badly damaged (probably due to an accident) and fixed with glu free carfax report provided. Was surprised to see that this vehicle's front bumper was badly damaged (probably due to an accident) and fixed with glue and tape and paint touch up. Not once was this damage mentioned to us during all discussions we had with the dealer. CARFAX showed no accidents. How can this be with out dealer's knowledge or bad intention on their part to hide it?? Bad experience and waste of precious time. More
