My service rep,Miguel, explained the annual maintenance for my 15 yr old car.I was called & informed VW needed to order a part & I gave my ok to keep the vehicle. The ervice rep explained the necessary mai for my 15 yr old car.I was called & informed VW needed to order a part & I gave my ok to keep the vehicle. The ervice rep explained the necessary maintenance & quoted the $ amount.The next day I was called before noon to pick-up the car. OHHH does that engine PURRR now. thank you VW More
