My time there was valued and the sales associate Anthony Bermeo was helpful, thorough and fair when it came time for me to decide on my new vehicle. I purchased a 2019 VW Jetta SEL Premium and was able to get a price for that trim which was reasonable and without feeling that I compromised my own budget. The finance people were not pushy with the extras and I purchased the wheel and tire coverage based upon my driving habits and road conditions in and around the city. I will likely be bringing this vehicle back in for regular maintenance to this convenient centrally located facility. More

Good service I had just purchased my car on a Tuesday and my battery died on that Friday, so I brought it in for service on Saturday. They reassured me that it was I had just purchased my car on a Tuesday and my battery died on that Friday, so I brought it in for service on Saturday. They reassured me that it was not normal and did a full test and replaced my battery free of charge. They had issues finding my file and warranty information at first, but the finance manager who helped me with my purchase helped me find my information and was of huge help, even though he didn't need to be involved in the servicing. Once they straightened that out, they were able to service my car. It was a pretty long wait for a pretty straightforward issue, but I'm happy with the service they provided. More
