I agreed, salesmen came back lowered payment without tires, I agreed. Went to do final paperwork, my payment went up 30 dollars, I was told 72 months, after reading k ok alter it was 75 months!!! I was very tired been up 12 hours wasn’t thinking or I would have walked out. I felt scammed. Nice car payed more than I was told, and didn’t get new tires like promised. Nice car nice salesman, overall felt taken of vantaged of Especially at finale paperwork. Jim More

Downtown VW They have online appointment creation. They text you the invoice and you can pay before heading over to get your car. They pay for a Lyft there and They have online appointment creation. They text you the invoice and you can pay before heading over to get your car. They pay for a Lyft there and back within a reasonable radius of the shop. Lounge with coffee machine - but it was broken the day I was there - even the employees couldn't get a coffee. Competent service advisors. Of course factory service doesn't come cheap. No loaner cars, generally, but I did get one when I brought it in for a major, multi-day repair last month. More
