I scheduled a 2pm appointment on a Saturday. I arrived for appt. Mr. Lopez immediately got things going and had me shuttled to the Water Tower Shops while the Jetta was being serviced. The entire staff, including the shuttle driver were very courteous and personal. My daughters Jetta was serviced and washed. Perfect. More

They cleaned the car before I got the car back as well which saved me a trip to the car wash. Truly fast, courteous and efficient service. During the test drive of our GTI, he was extremely informative and knew the car inside & out. Ruben offered several different options for models and pricing and really seemed to care about getting the right one for us. Jason, the finance guy, made sure we got the best deal and approval. It was probably the best new car buying experience I've ever had. More

Only reason for the 4 stars was because sometimes the porters do not co Service is very good here and is worthy of earning your business for your VW. Only reason for the 4 stars was because sometimes the porters do not completely wash the car thoroughly and I'm a stickler on this after I'm sure the maintenance or repairs have been performed correctly and with car from the technician (which I've never had issue with) and when something needed to be revisited there was never an issue with the service advisor hearing my concerns out. I highly recommend the dealer for service. More
