I have worked with Adam a number of times. He is always courteous, quick to return calls, and thorough and patient when answering my many questions. Also, I am a lifetime VW owner and have serviced my car courteous, quick to return calls, and thorough and patient when answering my many questions. Also, I am a lifetime VW owner and have serviced my cars exclusively at this dealership (and its predecessors) for service ever since I moved to Chicago. By following their service advice, my first VW lasted 20 years. I "retired" my second one this summer after 23 years, and it was still running well. I hope that, with the help of VW of Downtown Chicago, my third VW will also enjoy such a long life. More
