In 2020, I prepaid for 5 years of service and similar to every other year the service team did whatever they could to pretend to "forget" and try to charge me. Usually after showing them receipts they end u every other year the service team did whatever they could to pretend to "forget" and try to charge me. Usually after showing them receipts they end up not charging me. What's different for this year is that while they didn't charge me, they also didn't perform the services - tires etc. Additionally, one day after having my car, the keyless remote wasn't working (not a battery issue) and I am getting a warning light that my tail light is out (it is not). Brought my car in to have the fuel tank and other things checked out. Work ended up being covered under warranty. Good service. Luis and Brian were helpful and respectful. Decent communication in how long t checked out. Work ended up being covered under warranty. Good service. Luis and Brian were helpful and respectful. Decent communication in how long they would need to keep my car to perform the repairs. I also liked that they provided a video of their initial inspection of the car. I’ve tried at least one other VW dealer in the area, and this one is now my first choice. More
