I love how this dealership does business, from begging to end it was low pressure and felt totally transparent and unlike any dealership I’ve worked with previously (and I’ve worked with many of them) Ken end it was low pressure and felt totally transparent and unlike any dealership I’ve worked with previously (and I’ve worked with many of them) Kennneth was amazing to work with and the only person we had to deal with from start to finish. He listened and made us feel like he was working for us instead of against us like it had been my experience with most car sales people. In addition he went above and beyond showing us the car remotely, sending videos, patiently answering our questions and sending all the documents we requested. allowing us to make a decision and purchase the vehicle completely remote. He even delivered the vehicle personally to my home and picked up our trade-in. We did not have to come to the dealership at all! You gained a repeat customer and will send you as many referrals as I can. Thanks PS. Give Kenneth a deserved raise/bonus. More

I really wanted to trust this dealership but unfortunately after less than 60 days after spending over $15,000 on a used car I am having to pay over $6,000 in repairs that their service departme unfortunately after less than 60 days after spending over $15,000 on a used car I am having to pay over $6,000 in repairs that their service department ignored and hid. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE - I brought the car in two weeks ago for these issues, they said they fixed the problem and here I am just two weeks later and now all the sudden the car needs $6,000 in repairs that were not there two weeks ago? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! PLEASE READ ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS THIS IS THEIR MO - what kind of horrible people do this? Disgusting Contacting ever other 1 star review left on every review site I can find, every local TV station that is willing to here that this place scams good people. Wrong is wrong and I am going to everything in my power to make sure you don't victimize any one else. You should have done what was right VW of Fairfield, shame on you. More
