No hassle buying was relaxing. Torres was very nice and respectful. Jon was great. Car battery failed a day after we bought and Jon was very willing to fix the problem. My only remark is that they are a bit too ambitious with their 1-hr walk-out-the-door policy for all the things that would have to happen in that hour to close a lease. Even after I settled on the car and terms, this was way off. Why promise something like this? But otherwise, everything else was a pleasant experience. More

This is the second time they sent me a review and I’m even more disappointed than before I have had my car since July 3 and st least 5 of those days trying to fix it the check engine light came on the fi even more disappointed than before I have had my car since July 3 and st least 5 of those days trying to fix it the check engine light came on the first day I had it and now the car is parked and can’t drive it because it’s not getting enough power because the part they replaced is still broken this was the worst first time car buying experience I ever had I should have gave the car back the second time I came in when I had the chance but was told everything was ok what a lie so now if they do fix it are there going to be engine issues because of being driven while the map sensor need to be replaced I will never feel comfortable driving the car this is absolutely horrible I’m tired of reaching out I pray they make this situation right because this is not ok More
