My husband and I never felt pressured to purchase anything that we didn't truly love. They were patient with us and our four year old daughter. We were there all day and they provided us lunch and even bought us ice cream. They played and helped entertain our daughter while we filled out paperwork. By far the BEST car buying experience I've had! I had the BEST experience at VW of Gainesville this weekend! Upon arrival we were greeted with a big, friendly smile from our salesman, Dave. Dave def I had the BEST experience at VW of Gainesville this weekend! Upon arrival we were greeted with a big, friendly smile from our salesman, Dave. Dave definitely doesn't fit into the typical car salesman mold! He's very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I have to admit, I was prepared for the usual "hard sell" and I was ready to walk away disappointed. But, thankfully that wasn't the case. There were no aggressive sales tactics, pressure or up-selling. I knew what I wanted and Dave was more than willing to accommodate. I got exactly what I wanted and a better deal than I expected. Dave has truly found his calling! You rock, big guy! Also, a big thanks to Tony, the GM, for all of his help. We were welcomed into his dealership like we were family! Tony is extremely honest and straightforward, which I really appreciated. As a young female, I just knew they were going to try to take advantage of me. This was definitely not the case! I feel like I received an extremely fair deal and I hope that they are just as happy with it as I am! I won't hesitate to send any of my friends or family members to this dealership. Sorry but I so forgot his name. Overall I really appreciated the work those guys did for me just so I was able to get my car. Especially since I was a first time buyer. Raj was able to meet my needs as well as figure out what it was that I wanted in order to get me into my new car. On a scale from 1-10 I give them a 30!
