First impressions are always import I would like to say thank you to Anthony Piccolo from service. This was my first visit to Huntington VW service. First impressions are always important as they are the lasting impressions generally remembered by the customers. I was impressed with Anthony's courteous professionalism. He answered all of my questions without any problems. And he was able to get my service done just under an hour, which I greatly appreciated it since I had to pick up my boys from camp. All around grade A quality of service. Good quality customer service equals lasting customer loyalty. More

Excellent Service I had an unexpected issue with my 2011 Jetta that I recently purchsaed from another dealership. I went in to see Robert and he had a tech on hand read I had an unexpected issue with my 2011 Jetta that I recently purchsaed from another dealership. I went in to see Robert and he had a tech on hand ready for a test drive. After determining there was an issue with the vehicle, he was able to have the car repaired while I waited. I have owned several vehicles in the past and have worked with service departments but I never had such a great experience working with a group of professionals like I've experienced today. They were coridal, considerate and concerned with the issues at hand. I appreciate the professionalism Rob and his staff has shown. More
