Bought a 2008 Saturn Aura from Mary Jo. She was extremely helpful and allowed me to come to my own decisions vs. being pushy. Mary Jo took the time to explain each feature of the Saturn and what each button or knob's function was. I also appreciate the fact they drove the car into their detailing area and made sure the car was completely clean, inside and out. Filling the gas tank for me before I left was also a nice touch and appreciated. Their no-haggle price for the vehicle was fair, based on a LOT of research. This dealership also comes with a 350 mile/7-day buy back program if not completely satisfied with your purchase. Mary Jo's warm personality, friendliness and professionalism are both a credit to herself and Volkswagon of Inver Grove and I would not hesitate to recommend either. More

Bait and switch tactic's used in this dealership. Went for a test drive and had to stop at the gas station to put gas in the car! Liked: Great experience working with IGH Volkswagen. My first impressions as I entered the building. No associates were outside smoking and waiting for the next customer to show up, the building was clean first impressions as I entered the building. No associates were outside smoking and waiting for the next customer to show up, the building was clean and nicely maintained, lawn was nicely manicured, new and used car areas were clearly identifiable, most associates wore VW logo attire, interior and bathrooms were clean. The facility had a very European feel to it...it should...after all it is a German made car. Some of you may wonder why would you waste your time looking at these factors and I would say two things. • This is an old adage, but timeless no matter the situation: Your first impression is a lasting impression! • Trickles from the top down: If a dealership doesn’t put forth an effort to provide an overall pleasing environment and buying experience, I feel the same uninspiring effort will be experienced during the sales process and ultimately practiced in the service department. I want a dealer who cares about all of it...start to finish! I have been a loyal Toyota fan for many, many years. After several lack luster experiences with the Maplewood Toyota staff as well as some 70's blast from the past experiences with other car dealerships, I was totally sold on the professionalism of IGH staff, their no haggle policy and the overwhelming quality of VWs cars. This dealership earned my money and my loyalty. Internet Sales Manager, Mike B., was excellent to work with. His approach was a breath of fresh air and definitely was one of the key reasons I decided on IGH. Having no VW car experience at all, Mike started right at the beginning and reviewed everything with me. I especially liked being educated on the car safety features and how VWs offerings in this category differ from other car manufactures. We went through all the features and options on the models I was interested in. We test drove and we test drove and we test drove again. Mike’s never tired of my questions and explained details repeatedly until I felt comfortable. Your enthusiasm about your work, the depth of your product knowledge (both VW and competitors), the fine art of listening to your customer and appropriately responding to their needs makes you stand out from colleagues. Mike you have restored my faith in car dealerships. Disliked:If corrections by IGH are needed, I would recommend involving the car warranty and maintenance packages individual on the frontend and rework your approach to selling these products...instead of doom-n-gloom and fear, give the customer a more realistic, real world, how does this apply to me approach and you might find more satisfied customers in this area.
