Please do not come here. I brought my car in to replace the transmission (also, the check engine light was on). I paid for a diagnostics test to reveal that nothing was wrong with the transmission but the the transmission (also, the check engine light was on). I paid for a diagnostics test to reveal that nothing was wrong with the transmission but the check engine light was on due to EVAP tubes needing to be replaced. I told them to check the transmission again - and they finally figured out that I needed to replace it. I paid 6700 to have the transmission replaced and when I received it back from Shannah (service lady) she told me the car will be great for the next ten years “all that needs to be replaced are the EVAP tubes which is why your check engine light is on. But you can replace that at anytime and it won’t affect the performance of the car. One week later my car broke down. I brought it back and the same mechanic who told me that it was because I didn’t replace the EVAP tubes. I told him to look over the car again - and he discovered that the engine was bad. The whole time the check engine light was on because the engine was bad, but they never told me. I paid 6700 to have my car work for one week only to be told that I would have to pay 8600 (before labor charges) just to have my car running again. The whole team is horrible at communication and will make it seem like everything is your fault. Every step of the way, no one had any clue what they were talking about. These are the people who gave me issues every step of the way: Nancy and Shannah of the service department, and Joe the used car manager. Also the mechanic is nicknamed Red. To add insult to injury - I got a 0$ refund and they tried to sell me a $30,000 car afterward. I was taken advantage of, and paid for nothing. They knew I was a college student and still took advantage of me financially due to the mechanic not checking my car properly, and the service department not revealing what was truly wrong with my car before I spent thousands of dollars. More

They false advertise to get you in then do the switcheroo and sell you a much more expensive vehicle. My car price changed 4 times like 5-7 thousand in finance department. They started switching numbers again I was so frustrated after driving 3 hours one way two days in a row, I just walked away.
