Service I received a coupon in the mail for a tire rotation. With the coupon the rotation would cos $10.00. I drove up without an appointment. A short while later the service rep brought me the key and said my car was parked first in he queue. He said there was no charge for the rotation and my car had been washed nd vacuumed. Exhausted by Process Below is my review before I had additional problems; the additional problems started two weeks after I bought a certified pre-owned SUV. At this point Below is my review before I had additional problems; the additional problems started two weeks after I bought a certified pre-owned SUV. At this point, I am simply exhausted. The certified pre-owned vehicle had a part that needed to be replaced that was part of the trim. It came loose and apparently there was something wrong with it that somehow had gotten a quick fix before I bought the vehicle. I did get this dealership to agree to pay for the replacement part and labor of the trim part that came loose. It was hard to get everything negotiated and communication between two Volkswagen dealerships within the same state was not smooth at all. I also had to pay for three new tires myself; I am confused about whether or not this car was in certified pre-owned condition. This is the review before the two week mark hit I had more problems: We are satisfied with our purchase of a certified pre-owned tourareg at Lake Charles Volkswagen. The two service providers who helped us ensured that the pre-owned vehicle was ready to be sold and answered a few questions. We did need to get a promotional sticker removed. I would recommend asking customers before putting on that sticker. There was some confusion about whether this was an executive trim vehicle or a lux trim vehicle. I thought I was purchasing a executive trim and it turned out to be an lux trim. It didn’t bother me that much but it might have bothered someone else. I was glad the service providers assisted with getting a new battery, some paperwork regarding the warranty due to emissions change, and with fixing an exterior bump on the grill of the vehicle. More
