Customer Service Very, Very Poor. My wife and I purchased a vehicle for my teenage son 10 Feb 2018, we asked for GAP Insurance but the Finance Rep forgot to add it to the contract. My My wife and I purchased a vehicle for my teenage son 10 Feb 2018, we asked for GAP Insurance but the Finance Rep forgot to add it to the contract. My wife called the next day to have it added, she could reach the sale Rep or Finance Rep for 2 weeks, she would leave message and the messages were never returned. Also, I attempted to reach the Finance Rep also via phone, left several messages with no return; so I decided to contact the General Manager (Ryan Duncan), I called several times, left messages and still NO return. Now the 30 day tags will expire soon and we still cannot reach anyone from the dealership for support. If someone answers the phone we receive a reply that we need to speak with the Finance Rep that handled our contract. We left several messages to speak with the GM, he never called us back... Worst Customer Service I've ever worked with from the GM to the Sales Rep! Do Not purchase a vehicle from this Dealership! You've been warned! More
