I looked into getting a car late one night online and the next day I got a quick response from Aaron, he helped me with some information and I was able to go in a couple days later and do a test drive for my Atlas! Aaron and the team we’re all so helpful and we’re very informative. I am a VW customer for life! Couldn’t say anything better about the great customer service and environment! Let alone the amazing car that I rode home in! More

He talked with the service director and discovered what the issue was. They were super responsive to my not being happy. He even offered to refund any remaining balance from prepaying. This was definitely more like the service I had gotten when buying my car and he was concerned that I was a happy customer. First of all the sales department and customer service has been a solid 5 stars. I would give the service department a 1 (or 0 if I could). When buying my car 6 months ago they talked me into prepaying for oil changes. I thought it was a great idea. First, you can only take your car to that location for the oil change (which I was told was not the case)- just something to think about if you come from out of the area like I did. Made an appointment for my first oil change. Showed up 10 minutes before my appointment and was told it would be at least 2 1/2 hours and if I wanted to wait for the car. Pretty ridiculous to have to wait HOURS for a 20 minute scheduled appointment. I all of a sudden understood the push for the "prepay" services. I drove pretty far pout of my wan and just left. A local to me VW dealership has "express" service for an oil change so I will have to pay out of my pocket even though I already prepaid. Bummer. Like I said, I was happy with the customer service but I would not buy a car from here again. More

Excellent service all around Great experience! I had called on a Thursday about a vehicle to ensure they had it in stock still. I spoke to Aaron Jensen. He gave me a lot of inform Great experience! I had called on a Thursday about a vehicle to ensure they had it in stock still. I spoke to Aaron Jensen. He gave me a lot of information as well as answered my questions as to whether or not I could get the monthly payment price point I wanted. He assured me that based off the numbers I gave him, they could get very close to the dollar amount I wanted. We set a tentative Saturday appointment where I assured him I would let him know if we could get out of the house earlier than that as I have 2 kids. He checked with me the morning of the appointment at which point I let him know we would be earlier. When we arrived we were met by another salesman who immediately went and got Aaron. Aaron came out with the keys for the vehicle I wanted to look at. (I’ve gone to dealerships before where they had to scramble to find keys, even though they knew I was coming). He pulled it out for me, we took it for a test drive and the rest was history. He was very patient with my very impatient kiddos and did everything he could to ensure our convenience since the kids wanted to keep playing. I believe we were in and out in less than 3 hours. And with a payment at the price point I wanted! I had a due bill where the car needs a new reverse light, and right of way Monday they were calling to schedule! Our last 4 cars came from Dodge Temecula and as loyal as we are to Dodge I would definitely go back to VW if they had something I wanted. More

LeAnn was always kind, considerate, and patient as she and I remained in touch through texts in order to find the perfect car that met my criteria. When it became available I was traveling and LeAnn was working theough a family issue. I was placed in outstanding hands as her General Manager (John Ellyson) and colleuge (Aaron Jensen) we’re able to make accomadations for me. In addition John Latta provided a seamless transition from out of my previous car lease into my new vehicle. I have got to say this team of folks made me feel so special and cared so much about providing a world class experience.
