Most unprofessional dealership I have dealt with. Appointment schedule lid for 7:30 am; service advisor doesn’t show up til 7:45am; then tells me the car won’t get worked on until the mechanics come Appointment schedule lid for 7:30 am; service advisor doesn’t show up til 7:45am; then tells me the car won’t get worked on until the mechanics come in which is around 8:15-8:30am. I’m thinking to myself “why have an appointment for an hour before the mechanics show up?”. Work to performed was oil change and to adjust the washer sprayer that was shooting over the roof of the car. Service advisor said it should take 1.5 hours. 30 minutes later the car was “done”. They claimed they are not allowed to adjust the sprayer as that is how it comes from the factory! Service Manager indicated there is nothing that can be done about the sprayer. Somewhat confused, I went to the car and noticed that the oil change light was still on. Great attention to detail, didn’t notice the service light when driving the car out of the garage? As they were working on resetting that, I googled VW sprayer adjustment and a video came showing a torx screw right next to the sprayer that is used to lower and raise the sprayer. Brought this to the attention of the Service Manager and he indicated that they don’t do DYI repairs. How is this a DYI repair if it is a video posted by a VW dealer. He stuck with his story that this is a DYI repair and that is how the sprayer came from the factory and it cannot be fixed. When I got home I purchased the service manual for $13 and within 2 minutes found the instructions on how to adjust the sprayer in addition that it was listed as one of the work to be completed for on the the service intervals. Also spoke with the general manager about the quality of service and it didn’t appear that he cared either. More

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever did business with, they promised things and don’t stand up to there commitments. I purchased 2022 Atlas with a rear driver side door that doesn’t close all the way show they promised things and don’t stand up to there commitments. I purchased 2022 Atlas with a rear driver side door that doesn’t close all the way showed it to the sales manager he said it looks out of line, he said he would see what he can do, I haven’t heard from him in almost 3wks. CARFAX said this car has only been in 1 minor accident on the driver frontside. When I looked at the car he had damage from front to back on the passenger side, I was told the scratches would be fixed and the dent in the rear door would be fixed by there body repair guy, he touched up the scratches but he told me he doesn’t do dents.I dnt know how the front tires passsed inspection a week after I purchased the vehicle I was in a snow storm and the font end was sliding everywhere. Tammy was wonderful. She went out of her way to make this deal happen. She was super smart and super kind to our son. I would recommend her to everyone. She went out of her way to make this deal happen. She was super smart and super kind to our son. I would recommend her to everyone. More
My experience at this dealership over the last few years has gone from good to bad. Quality control is non existent. Here are my reasons; On a complete brake job costing 2k I discovered while driving that t has gone from good to bad. Quality control is non existent. Here are my reasons; On a complete brake job costing 2k I discovered while driving that they never replaced my brake fluid cap. When I returned they refused to flush out the hydroscopic fluid and simply replaced my cap. Another instance was a tire rotation issue. While reviewing my bill I was informed that the mechanic decided that the other 2 didn’t need rotating. WTH? My last visit started with an EPC light. The car was in previously for an identical symptom similar that cost me $700. 6 months later the same condition came back. When I called to discuss this with a service manager I was defensively greeted with “You don’t want to pay your bill for the diagnostic?” This service manager started out hostile and ramped up to raising his voice louder and louder. I succumbed to his explanation at hat the car threw a different code this time. So I agreed on another $700 repair for an identical problem. The morning after I picked up my car while driving to work I kept hearing some kind of a clicking sound in the front of my car. When I got to work, I opened my hood to see what could possibly be making this sound. I discovered a long wire with a magnet on the end (Like a fishing tool for retrieving a drop bolt). Evidently, they forgot about this item Under my hood and just close the hood down and the magnet part was tapping against my windshield while I was driving down the road. At this point, I am left with questioning the competency of the mechanics at this dealership, and lack of understanding of the principles of customer service. I am a good customer, always pay my bill, don’t care to be treated like a criminal when I’m being charged a second time for a dubious diagnosis. Oh, and by the way Nanuet Volkswagen, You’re welcome for my loyalty as a customer to your dealership. More
