Chrys in the service dept me after my car broke down on the Palisades PKWY. His staff replaced the clutch . When I bought my Atlas I gave a "6" star review. 2 visits for 10 and 20k oil change and service, and other visits for equipment failure. Each time there were issues that should not have happened. 2 visits for 10 and 20k oil change and service, and other visits for equipment failure. Each time there were issues that should not have happened. Colin did his utmost Best to help me each time and I kept my concerns internal. Flo was excellent as well and did her best. I would give a 1 for my most recent visit for 20k oil change and service. Tires not rotated, tire pressure not checked, and highly unlikely the roof drains were cleaned and tracks lubed, since my sunroof can not retract. Same problem happened with my 10k service. Another visit my thermostat failed and had to be replaced. When I picked it up 3 days later the right front of the car was coated in a white crystal like substance. The Sales manager had to get someone to go out and clean it. Got a call today asking how service went Told them badly They said they would have the service manager call. I'm still waiting. He never called the last time I asked him to speak with him about a problem I had More
