I went to Volkswagen of Nanuet to purchase a new Jetta and was delighted by my experience with Crystal Alvarez and Colin Perell. Crystal was my salesperson and she was kind and very informative on the test drive. She was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle, including entertainment and safety features. Colin, who was one of the sales managers followed up with me the next day and was able to work out a deal with me that pleased both of us, and Crystal was again very helpful with finalizing the deal and even provided me with more information after the deal was complete. I've heard horror stories about people trying to buy cars before, but was glad that my experience at Volkswagen of Nanuet did not turn into one of those. More

This is the worst dealership there is. I went there a month ago, took a test drive, and found a fault with the vehicle's display. The salesman told me my vehicle would be ready on Monday. The supervisor came over and told me that in order to carry out the repairs and insure the car, I had to separate it, that is, start the purchase. So I did. The worst mistake they told me that the car was almost ready, and that if I wanted I could start the purchase process, I accepted, the worst experience of my life began, the seller called me and told me that everything was ready, that the credit was approved and the car would be ready in 2 more days, that I could process the insurance, they sent me the documents I processed the insurance, I called to confirm and received no response, when I insisted on picking up the car they responded that a sensor fault "appeared", I continued receiving more excuses for a month, just how do you read it, a month, in the end they simply told me that the repair was more than I thought and that they couldn't "lose" so much money, and the question is, who will return my time and my money, that's why I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, it's the worst thing that happened to me in my life More

Horrendous experience, they lemoned my car during a generic service, gave me the run around all morning as I tried to get my car to them, mind you this service was already supposed to have happened two generic service, gave me the run around all morning as I tried to get my car to them, mind you this service was already supposed to have happened two weeks ago but the initial part they ordered for it didn't work in the vehicle nor were they able to tell me that until 3:30 after I had been waiting all morning, which was a huge waste of time. At the moment I'm trying to find a solution with this dealership but they've been quite difficult about it. Would highly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. More
