Walking in the clean and lovely lobby, I was greeted and helped right away. I had made an appointment earlier that week. I set up with a gentleman named jorge, he was absolutely great. From our initial call helped right away. I had made an appointment earlier that week. I set up with a gentleman named jorge, he was absolutely great. From our initial call, he was kind and super great energy! We had an awesome visit when I came in. Made sure a car was already ready for test drive ! Of course what I was looking for. We got to explore some great inventory but he found the perfect fit for me. I felt genuinely taken well care of and my experience couldn’t haven’t been better. For as long as you spend at the dealership the whole VW Naples team was great. Jorge is great at what he does, I am grateful for him as he helped me purchase my first car instead of leasing but also made sure it was in budget but everything I was looking for. I am fully satisfied and would recommend others to VW Naples, it isn’t like your average unpleasant car buying experience. They made it seamless and memorable!
