I started emailing VW Naples about a week or so ago after I felt that someone at the Fort Myers branch was just pushing me to buy a car I didn't want. If you're looking for a salesperson that listens, he's the one. If you're looking for a salesperson that gives recommendations when asked, he's the one. If you're looking for a salesperson that really gets you the vehicle you want (if available of course) without any weird other sales tactics that you may experience at other dealers.... yup, you guessed: He's the one! This was an all-out positive experience. Even when the whole IT network went down, he pivoted and gave options to do all the paperwork now and the rest at a later time. I hope that the car I bought (Brand new Jetta) also gives me a positive experience for the next coming years. I will however refer people to Nikolas as my experience was certainly one of the best ones I've had with car dealerships and their salesmen. More

Mr. Scott Anderson is top notch! I recently purchased an Audi R8 at this dealership and I have to say to date it was the best car buying experience I have had.
