He was just as enthusiastic about the vehicle as I was. Hands down the best dealer customer service I've encountered. As far as Audi dealerships go, this Volkswagen/Audi dealership in Naples is the best. I've dealt with several other Audi dealerships for the last 20 years and it be quite honest...... they suck! Not in Naples, you can tell they have a different culture there. As a business owner, I know how important customer service is and customer perception and this dealership met all my expectations. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.
