My younger daughter was in the market a year ago for a new (used) car. We found a great VW bug convertible online and headed over to VW of Naples. She fell in love with the car at first sight. We were quickly approached by Ruben Glamyan and we were instantly impressed by his professionalism and transparency in car buying. My older daughter was in the market for a new car not too long ago. She actually lives out of town, so I was her advocate. Ruben was again quick to help and was able to guide us to the perfect car. Ruben went above and beyond and even took my phone to talk to my older daughter via FaceTime to show her the car and explain what she would be getting. We're very excited as a family and we cannot wait to continue working with Ruben in the future. I will see Ruben again in March when I will be in the market for a car for myself. I have dealt with Volkswagen of Naples for over a decade. As mentioned, my most previous vehicle was another manufacturer and dealership.
