The experience was informative, friendly and thorough. It took longer than expected since I was trading in two cars. Delaying it a day would have made it easier and less exhausting. We will be returning for Tyler to explain the car's features again to both of us. I would suggest allowing more time to complete the process especially if the customer is a senior citizen!
