We had a fantastic experience with VW of Naples and with Ruben Glamyan in particular. Absolutely loved Ruben! He helped me out so much! He made sure i was completely satisfied with my purchase! Helped me out beyond belief! He also worked on Thanksgiving and before he was suppose to go into wo sure i was completely satisfied with my purchase! Helped me out beyond belief! He also drove about 20 minutes away to help me sort out my financial situation regarding a check! He went over and beyond with his services. My younger daughter was in the market a year ago for a new (used) car. We found a great VW bug convertible online and headed over to VW of Naples. She fell in love with the car at first sight. We were quickly approached by Ruben Glamyan and we were instantly impressed by his professionalism and transparency in car buying. My older daughter was in the market for a new car not too long ago. She actually lives out of town, so I was her advocate. Ruben was again quick to help and was able to guide us to the perfect car. Ruben went above and beyond and even took my phone to talk to my older daughter via FaceTime to show her the car and explain what she would be getting. We're very excited as a family and we cannot wait to continue working with Ruben in the future. I will see Ruben again in March when I will be in the market for a car for myself.
