From start to finish I felt my sales representative had my interests top of mind. Mike was responsive without being pushy. He was knowledgeable of the model I was interested in and shared the pros and cons my interests top of mind. Mike was responsive without being pushy. He and the dealership assisted me in navigating a complicated buyout on a lease at a different dealership/auto company and held the Tiguan I selected for nearly a week. Likewise, Patty in the financing office went above and beyond in assuring my unique lease buyout situation was efficiently managed and resolved on their side. I have dealt with Volkswagen of Naples for over a decade. As mentioned, my most previous vehicle was another manufacturer and dealership. While they too are professional, I did not feel the same sense of superior customer support as I have always received at VW of Naples. I recommend VW of Naples without reservation! More
