After purchasing a brand new vehicle in April of this year I was extremely happy throughout the entire process here. With most dealerships and corporations in general it is very hard to find a great working team that truly cares, I have found this here at Volkswagen. While dealing with a financial record problem, I found my self stuck and helpless. Once I informed Micky of the situation he ensured everything would be okay and that this would be fixed, exactly what he did. Every time I walk into Volkswagen I am greeted with smiles and over the line excellent service. From someone who truly likes to stay away from dealerships, I have nothing but positive reviews and great things to say about VW.
