Car arrived with engine light on and very little gas. Called salesman and he said they would send a check for gas but it’s been a month and I’m still waiting. Car had thirty day tag from Florida waiting on getting titled in Ohio. At twenty seven days called dealer to ask about license plates was told we just got them today we will overnight them to me.Three days later I called and asked where they were as the temp tag ran out was told I just got them do you want me to send them? Duh yeah so I.can legally drive the car. Next day still waiting. Not up to par this time. Extremely disappointed . Naples Audi. Leased 2025 Audi Q5 More

I would give 10 stars if i could. We purchased a 2019 VW beetle at another dealer. We needed service done on it, there was a noise in the front. We had an appointment which would take We purchased a 2019 VW beetle at another dealer. We needed service done on it, there was a noise in the front. We had an appointment which would take a hour and half. They offered Uber service to and from the mall rather than sitting at the dealership. When we returned, they said they did not hear the noise. We then left and I heard the noise immediately. We went back and a service tech took a ride with me and heard the noise. I would never have expected that. They then took another hour to fix the noise. They couldn’t have accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous. Sebastian Mazzotta is excellent. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much service department at VW in Naples. Keep up the good work. More
