Josue Chavez was our salesman and was totally customer focused. He had great knowledge of the products VW was offering and with no pressure simply answered our questions and gave us time to make up our mi focused. The deal, trade and closing (with Nick) were efficient, with no pressure and certainly will bring us back for our next vehicle. I also appreciate the minimal "below the line" costs which at this dealership are also very transparent. There were no costly dealer added features such as a $3,000 ceramic coating which we found at one dealership You can be sure you are getting a fair deal at Naples VW. More
