From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, transparent, and completely stress-free. ​I worked with Rafael Aguilar on the sales side and Jorge Ramirez in finance, and both of these young men completely blew me away. Rafael was attentive, professional, and patient while helping me find and secure an Audi Q7. There was never any pressure—just genuine enthusiasm and top-tier product knowledge. When it was time to finalize the paperwork, Jorge made the finance process smooth, fast, and clear. He explained every detail without rushing or playing games, which made the final step as easy as it gets. ​It turns out both Rafael and Jorge are originally from Cuba, and seeing these young professionals bring that kind of strong work ethic, polish, and humility to what they do was genuinely inspiring.
