I am a returning customer of VW Naples and have only ever had great experiences there. In both service and sales departments. Ruben Glamyan Is the only sales consultant I will use. I had a great experience buying my first VW with him. I couldn’t imagine the process with anyone else so I went back to him for my second VW this week. Once again, blown away by his patience, understanding of my concerns and knowledge of the vehicles. Hands down best sales guy I’ve ever encountered. I never once felt he was being “pushy” or annoyed with my indecisiveness. VW Naples is a great place and I am glad to be sticking around after the purchase of my brand new car! I contacted a salesman, Michael Sarovich. He was extremely helpful, he set an appointment up for me when I arrived from NJ. Prior to the meeting he emailed me a proposal which I agreed to.
