Incredible & Stress Free Buying Experience We were talking to multiple dealerships and they were all terrible experiences.We finally sent a email and Alec responded promptly and professionally. respectful of our budget As we purchase a few new vehicles in Naples my wife and I have gather experience on the way sales people treat you. It almost feels as if they are use As we purchase a few new vehicles in Naples my wife and I have gather experience on the way sales people treat you. It almost feels as if they are use to the rich coming and buying at MSRP without any issues with the highest credit scores. If you are not part of that club you are wasting the air at the expensive dealership lobbies. VW of Naples, specifically Marco was different, I know the times are different when we went and all dealers want to sell their large inventories but my experience tells me that was not the case. Not at a single point of our negotiation I felt like my numbers and budgets where ignore. Marco told me as a sales man he does not have the last word and he was always run it with his sales managers even if the numbers seem almost impossible because they make the last call. I personally know a sales lady making over 250k a year and its because she treat each customer this way and is the bulk of customer coming back and talking about the dealer and how they help them that brings the bulks on sales. One final thing, Marco made a mistake on the numbers, we realized on finance and they fix it even though everything was signed. Very transparent and honest because they admitted the mistake and fix it. I already brought another customer, there was no sale but it will not be my last. More
