We were unable to come in on the day we originally planned for, and he was understanding. After we left with a new car, my husband realized he left his wallet in the car we traded in. Ryan found the wallet and dropped it off to my husband. You can tell Ryan cares about people and not just about trying to push a sale of a car on someone even when you know its not in their best interest.
