I don't personally don't like to haggle or get into dealer's face, but I got a very good offer on the first try. I also appreciated the ease with which we went thru the financing. Lastly, the walk-through of the car explaining all the vehicle's feature was excellent. The car's are getting more sophisticated and complex. Gone are the days you just turn on the ignition and drive off the lot. More
