Lawrence offers no pressure and really wants you to choose the vehicle that is right for you. He is friendly, level-headed, and like I mentioned above, patient. The atmosphere in the dealership is great with vintage models right as you walk in, refreshments, televisions, couches, and an awesome selection of tunes playing overhead. Overall, the experience was A+! I will keep coming back to VW of Naples for my vehicle needs. More

Erin made sure I was aware of all of the little things that went along with my lease (she showed me how to link my phone to the car stereo, as an example). Erin even thought to transfer my neighborhood's auto-entrance chip that was stuck to the window of my trade-in, into my new Jetta. I had wondered how I was going to make it happen (it was really stuck on there), but turns out I didn't even have to think about it. Nice job VW! More
