Excellent and Professional I first approached VW looking at Tiguan and met with Erin.. She was excellent and very professional AND not overly aggressive. Erin was very precise with her explanations of the process, the numbers and the pros/cons of leasing vs buying a vehicle. Test drive was flawless. She also provided me with a name of Naples Acura (vs Scanlon in FTM) which I had planned to visit anyway in event we wanted a higher end vehicle. My wife and I ultimately opted to move to higher level vehicle but, If I or anyone I know is looking for a VW I would not hesitate to refer them to Naples VW and more explicitly, Erin. She is a keeper, polite , peppy and honest ! More

Last time I leased a VW was in 2014 when I was still a college student with a very specific budget. Erin worked with me then via text and turned a very nerve-wracking thing into a breeze of an experience. I love my VW. The way it handles, gets great gas mileage, plenty of room if I want to take passengers or carry things, etc. So I really wasn't looking to change until I saw the new line of Jetta's. Even the base model had cruise, and so I wanted to test it out, because my current base model Jetta didn't have cruise, and I'm on the highway for work. I didn't have Erin's number, so I Instagram Direct Messaged her (I hate calling through a system) and she responded within the hour. The next day I was at the dealership, and she greeted me with a hug (kinda liked that, felt like family) and she immediately said "Tyler, we have a lot of the base models in, but I think you're going to want the technology package". Turns out she was right (I'm a sucker for cool toys). We negotiated what I thought was a fair deal, and off I was (Well, not without Erin offering to get me a session with their "technologist" to help me set up and use my Nav system (CarPlay)) which I thought was a cool idea, but I declined. Erin, thank you for your professionalism and making me feel like family. I'm not sure how that experience could have gone any smoother.
