She sent us pictures on our phone and was persistent about following up. We test drove several cars with her and not once was she pushy or made us feel that we were being "sold". The Jetta is priced very well and has the technology I was looking for. The Beetle Dune was priced higher and the tech wasn't quite as good as the Jetta, but that Beetle looked "fun"and that's the car I purchased. So far so good! And the funny thing, everyone keeps asking me, "Is that your car? It's so cool". Who would have thought a Beetle would turn heads! More

My Jetta purchase from them was one of the fastest and easiest purchases of a new car ever for me. They put things in writing in a clear and understandable way. They quoted me a price over the phone today that was equal to or better than those of other Bigger Dealers on the east coast. I ended up paying $120 less than what they quoted me over the phone. It literally took only 1.5 hours from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out with our keys in hand. And Jay dropped off the new car to where we needed to drop off our old car. Compared to other dealerships I was in, everyone was respectful, honest and sincere, and they didn't insult me or my intelligence. I felt like I was among friends and not the typical car dealership experience. It was good for my daughter to see a business being run with integrity.
