Jay presented me with an offer that included everything -- no hidden fees for this and that. Once we settled on a price, Jay handled the paperwork quickly and I was soon signing off on my new car. This time we were interested in the 2018 VW convertible after looking on line for features and s This is our second Great purchase with VW of Naples. This time we were interested in the 2018 VW convertible after looking on line for features and specs. We again dealt with our personnel salesman Kyle Harsh and had another great experience. We picked out the car we wanted, which wasn't in stock and none in the State of Florida. We were told that it had to be ordered and would take up to three months to get. Well in about two weeks Kyle called us and said, I found your car at another dealer and did we want it and if so we could have it in a couple of days. We said great, go for it. Well the rest is history. My wife wasn't real excited about it at the time, but she's nuts about it now. I told Kyle she will be her best sales person. What a pleasant surprise...! An Audi RS5 convertible caught my eye during a casual morning browse on the internet. A little later that afternoon we found ourselves on Airport-Pull An Audi RS5 convertible caught my eye during a casual morning browse on the internet. A little later that afternoon we found ourselves on Airport-Pulling and 41 and decided to drop in for a quick look. We were cordially greeted by Josue Guzman who gave us his undivided attention and a test drive. Well... events progressed rapidly when Jeff Birr entered the conversation with a personal testimony having owned an RS5 himself, adding convincing assurances provided by a platinum service warranty. He then took me on a 2nd test drive showing me the robust capabilities of the RS5. By 5pm that same day, we signed a sales agreement and took delivery of the vehicle the next morning. What an eventful 24 hours! Josue was with us every step of the way, and even more impressively, he has subsequently taken the initiative to follow up to make sure we continue to be satisfied with our purchase experience. More
