Fantasic Experience from Bumper to Bumper My Family had purchased five cars since 2004 from Volkswagen of Naples and this experience was once again fantastic. Alex DePew in Service, was attentive and friendly and introduced me to Rex Manchester who was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. From begining to end I found the experience to be top notch, and as someone who works in client service everyday, it is refreshing to get such steller service from such a great group. More

I fell in love with it so that's the car I wanted.After almost buying a car with high mileage and no warranty I went to Volkswagen of Naples and was greeted with Erin and Kyle they were very informational and took their time and compared other cars ,mileage ,and warranty against the price.I was still not convinced so I had to go do more shopping and after going to two more places in Naples and driving back to Ft Myers.and realizing how right they were I called Erin she said come on down. Erin came beck to work and did the deal for me. I had my son with me and she even got him involved with a couple questions and jokes so he wasn't bored. He was honest and straightforward with no bs. He knew his product as well as the competitors. He listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect package. We closed the deal late Saturday evening and came back Monday to finish some loose ends. Even then, Luxon gave us his undivided attention through the new car orientation. I've bought at Ford and Chevy previously, neither of them offered an orientation. Luxon was the reason we went with VW and he will be the first to know next time I'm looking for a new car. The rest of the team at VW of Naples was just as friendly and thorough. I look forward to working with them in the years to come. Thanks guys! More
