In my lifetimeI have purchased a substantial numder of new cars from a variety of dealers both local and out of state. I reviewed six different cars before selecting the Volkswagen Tiguan. This required visiting five other dealers and two Volkswagen dealers. I decided to buy from Volkswagen of Naples for the following reasons. Kyle Harsh, the salesman, is very knowledgable, easy to work with and did an excelent job of describing the features of the car. Kyle teamed with Chuck Whitrley, sales manager, to offer a very attractive deal for my trade. When the deal was agreed upon, Ted Daly did a courteous and professional job of wrapping up the paperwork. I am a satisfied customer. More

I had only started my search for a used car and my first appointment was with Rex Manchester. I purchased a CPO Audi A 6. The experience was great except for one thing--The signing of the paper work after I purchased the car was way to long. Erin,Luxon,and Jeff were on their game. I traveled from St. Louis Mo. to buy this car and due to fact the dealer had all my financial information,down payment money, and insurance information well before hand it should not have taken over 1 and 1/2 hours to get the deal done after the test drive. I purchased a CPO BMW last Feb. also out of state in Chicago and the whole process was done in 15 minuets. Don't know where the breakdown was-but a top 100 Magna Society Award Winning Audi dealer selling high end cars should treat their customers better. When I was at the dealership their was a SOLD $190,000 Audi R8 on the showroom floor. I sure hope the buyers don't have to take 1/1/2 hours to close that deal. RJ Krul More

Luxon always had a warm greeting, great follow ups. He spent more than an hour trying to to setup my cars navigation and Bluetooth. Extremely rewarding! Luxon treated me with the upmost care and respect. I am far beyond ecstatic with my new vehicle. I love Volkswagen, and have always had such a warm handoff with their sales support team. We stopped by VW of Naples, just to browse. We have been searching for a good quality pre-owned VW CC for weeks.We went to other dealerships, checked online dealers, and even Craigslist. At VW of Naples, we were greeted by Bob, who was very friendly. He showed us the VW CC they had on the lot. and we knew we had found the car dealer for us! Bob was never pushy, just informed us of all the options the car had, gave us the history and showed us the carfax on the car. We did negotiate with Bob and he always offered his help with getting us the best deal. We have been looking for a pre owned VW CC for weeks all around town and this was the BEST deal we could hope for and Bob made it happen for us! After the sale was complete, Bob even took us to the car, and showed us how to operate all the options. They even filled the gas tank! The dealership is trying hard to earn a customers respect and business and we feel like they cared about us getting a good deal, not just selling us a car. With our pre-certified VW, we will know that is anything were to happen, VW of Naples will be there for us With an additional 2 yrs warranty, we know that our car will be taken car of.
