Lux, was very passionate about the brand of car he represents. He knew that I had a time frame to be in and out the door with the paperwork and he and the dealership far exceeded that time frame. I was in a desperate situation and not only were they efficient in assisting me, they in no way made me feel pressured or taken advantage of because of my situation. My budget, safety, and needs are what efficient in assisting me, they in no way made me feel pressured or taken advantage of because of my situation. My budget, safety, and needs are what they were concerned with. Along with being honest and forward, they accommodated me above and beyond. Not only would I send people to this dealership I would also promote it and the service provided. I have never experienced purchasing a car without all the pressures that I was expecting. Since I live 2,000 miles away from my 84 year old mother, I needed to trust someone to help her make a car purchase decision. Of the many dealers she visited, she was most pleased with Rex and the team at V I needed to trust someone to help her make a car purchase decision. Of the many dealers she visited, she was most pleased with Rex and the team at VW of Naples. They treated her with patience, respect and honesty. They did not pressure her to make an immediate purchase like the other dealers (Mazda and Hyundai) did, and as a result, made the sale.
