When my mother decided it was time to trade in her 11-year old Buick for something smaller and more fun, I was not looking forward to the new-car process. But right from the start, Bob made our visit to Volkswagen an enjoyable one. We were welcomed - given time to explore the lot on our own - and then our questions were answered without sales pressure. Bob was informative, friendly, and available. Ted walked us through the paperwork and it was a no-hassle experience. By the end of our visit, Mom had a new Volkswagen Golf. Since the purchase, Bob has followed up with a card and phone call to be sure she didn't have any questions. Our 1,000 mile check in service included a car wash and an opportunity to go over that new option of Bluetooth connections. Mom is feeling hip and I'm feeling like she is in very good hands.
