Jeff Weissert was delightful to work with. He remembered our names from last December when we visited Volkswagen of Naples. Ted, the finance guy, was super. All of the personnel encountered at VW of Naples our names from last December when we visited Volkswagen of Naples. Ted, the finance guy, was super. All of the personnel encountered at VW of Naples were friendly and obliging. (If I would have drunk all the water offered to me, I would have floated out.) Yesterday the Perma-Plate treatment was done on the new car and all the service personnel were knowledgable and friendly. My only cause for concern is that only one key was supplied with the new vehicle, the second key having gone astray. We were told that the second key will be supplied; however, somewhere out there a key is floating around that matches our new car. Seems odd that the second key was missing. More
