I spoke many times and at great length over the phone before taking a 2+ hour trek down to Naples to complete our purchase. I have bought 8 new cars in last 12 years, none in collier county due to overinflated prices and low inventories on new car models. The price for the first time in 12 years was comparable to Tampa and Fort Myers where dealerships have increased inventory and more to work with. Sometimes dealers must except every client is different and the eventual sale and repeat business and customer service is much more important that getting top dollar every time a client walks in yet may ever come back. Erin along with Jeff Birr, Chuck and the finance manager were friendly and extremely professional but without Erin putting the pieces of the puzzle in place , keeping the glue between all the other employees involved and going above and beyond, this would not have happened Next new family car for my son I will visit Naples volkswagen and Erin Presley first .
