Michael was great !! We came in from an internet lead. He followed up before I came in. He greeted me at the front door with a water, and the car I was originally going to test drive was up front gassed He followed up before I came in. I came to Volkswagen of Naples to purchase a new car, my first car actually. David Faulkner helped me to pick out a New Beetle, that was the perfect car for me, even if it was not my first idea! He let me see a bunch of different car before taking the New Beetle for a drive. Then, we discussed finances, got the deal we had in mind, and I left the dealership with my brand new car!
